there is not that much rust , that is the most rust i've seen on the car . and that is probably from sitting in the parking lot for 2 weeks had a bit or rain , that is the most rain the car has ever seen , these old cars rust quickly if exposed to water .i'm sure 50 years and metal fatigue played a roll as well
