Replacing a crank shaft questions

Thanks for the recommendation and DCR discussion. I found a calculator on gofastmath.com
I believe my original cam candidate required beefier springs and larger seat clearance milled in the head. All to say I think we were kinda headed in that direction with the valve train. I would like to upgrade to roller rockers, but that isn't in the cards right now. Just to clarify an earlier response.
