Stop in for a cup of coffee

yeah. speaking of which, that's exactly what's happening to one of my friends. The divorce was mutual, judge ordered that they each pay 50% of the mortgage, 50% of the one car payment they had and then 50% of all insurance, unless one wanted to buy the other out. She's not been paying so the banks sent him a foreclosure notice. He got to keep the house as she didn't want it and wanted to move out of state, she kept the car, but they were to each keep paying. So now his credit took a 300 point nose dive, bank's wanting their money, luckily this virus for him, has delayed that.
Yep, sounds all to familiar. My divorce took my excellent credit and turned it to poor... Banks dont care what a divorce decree says, only that they get their money. So even though she got the newer vehicle, she stopped paying on it and it got repo'ed. Showed the bank that it was now hers legally and they said nope you signed the loan papers.. That was only one thing... Glad thats now over, and has been for 10 years now!!
