i understand its thankless job. But my rub (on most sites) is that you have one or two characters who berate and belittle people on a regular basis with seemingly no repercussions. Then after their target takes enough and returns some of what he's taken he gets censored.
Just be fair, I think that was part of RAMM's point too.
