HI EVERYONE , I HOPE EVERYONE IS STAYING SAFE .... I RECENTLY ORDERED A PAIR OF SPRINGS FOR MY 67 383 DART FROM ESPO SPRINGS. I ORDERED THE PLUS 2 INCH OPTION . THEY CAME 2 WEEKS LATER AND LOOKED GREAT , HOWEVER AFTER I INSTALLED THEM I ENDED WITH MINUS 3 , THESE SPRINGS SAT LOWER THEN MY 50 YEAR OLD STOCK SPRINGS. I E MAILED ESPO I AND STATRTED A DIALOG WITH LAURA AND SADLY THEY TOOK NO OWNERSHIP OF ANYTHING. IN HER OPINION THEY DID NOTHING WRONG AND TOLD ME I DIDNT KNOW WHAT I WAS TALKING ABOUT AND TOLD ME SHE DIDNT BELEIVE WHAT I WAS TELLING HER. THEY OFFERED TO REARCH THE SPRINGS IF I PAYED SHIPPING FOR THE SPRINGS BACK TO THEM . THIS WOMAN LAURA HAS ABSOLUTELY NO IDEA WHAT SHES DOING WHEN A PROBLEM COMES UP AND ARGUES WITH YOU ENDLESSLY. SO BUYER BE WHARE , ONE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY YOUR SCREWED LIKE ME

I ordered +2 inch springs from them last year and they are great. Car sits 4 inches higher at center of rear wheel well.

Do you have a before and after picture? I think that might help your argument.

yes..they seem to be the "go to" company and trust me Laura knows more about springs than most.
Never heard of a problem with their products. As for your problem that seems odd?
If they rec'd material that was inferior it would show up on the whole job lot.

I think Laura is very passionate about her company , i just think i was sent the wrong springs and she wants me to pay to rectify there error . Im not looking to argue with anyone , if you like there stuff use it but theres alot of people that have had similar experiences like mine on other forums .

Telling someone they're wrong doesn't work without proof as well. Just calling and complaining about receiving the wrong part carries little weight without showing pics of the install and the results imo.

Laura and i have exchanged a good dozen e mails along with pics and measurements , her position is she doesnt beleive what im showing her

Heres a pic of the car with plus 2 springs installed, at best the car sits at stock height and has bearly acceptable shackle angle

just asking, but, are you sure your old ones are the original springs?

You can see here the shackle is nearly straight uprite , i like it more in the 10 oclock position

I would go back with the weight of the car on the springs, loosen all of the u bolt nuts and retorque them to 45 LB FT. They could be in a bind somehow. If you loosen them with the weight on the car, that could possibly release the bind of they are.

And, what size tires are you running? They look quite small. 2.55/60-15 with a little over stock height spring. (extra leaf added)

Maybe 2 inches isnt what you thought. According to my wife all men have a problem measuring inches.

I'll tell you this much.....and now I'm not being an ***, just tellin you like it is. Comin on a forum and talkin trash about a respected company and their rep ain't a good way to tell your story. I've never purchased from them, but I have talked to Laura about springs before and I can tell you she's very knowledgeable. A lot of people here have done business with them and are very happy customers. You know the old saying "You can attract more bees with honey than you can with vinegar" and it's true. It always pays to be nice. Always.

Lastly, yours is only one side of the story. And no, I'm not saying you're not tellin the truth. But there's always another side. Every danged time.

I order +1” 6 leaf for my barracuda and very happy with the results. Laura was very nice and knowledgeable when dealing with her over the phone and email. People do make mistakes. I would take photos of your car at all angles step back a bit and look to see if the car has any rake to it. It should with the plus 2” mine does with the +1”. Also, what front shackles are you using and leaf perches?
