We each have monthly 'inspections' My main one is ALL lighting. If a bulb goes out right over someones desk, or is flickering so bad they are going into seizures the other shifts will do them. Otherwise, I usually replace them as I can get to them. We have a LOT of bulbs. :BangHead: But it usually works out good as fill in work I can do when I want.
