I know that without pressure you get cavitation, how much pressure do you need to keep it from happening ?

IDK. I’m not having issues and I run a 2 pound cap and it doesn’t really need that. I can take the cap off when the engine is up to temp and it’s just like when it’s cold.

I suspect the cavitation issue is overblown.
