A few minutes out in the garage this evening. Taught my daughter how to use the jigsaw with the scroll blade. Cut the final mounting plate piece for the tensioner.
First pair of pictures show where tensioner would be as installed with no tension:
Second pair of pictures show the position you would move it to to slip the belt on. The difference in belt length is over 2":

The bolts, nuts, spacers and other hardware are just temporary for mockup.
