Sweating intake manifold gasket.

Stop leak .

Joking.

Not enough sealer, and was it re torqued..?
Start over.
Rtv bother sides of gaskets at coolant cross over passages, smooth with finger, get some in the corners where head and china walls merge and then a nice tall bead across china walls to the other side/head. You shouldn't need any rtv on or around the intake ports except if you're blocking the heat riser passages..then a lil rtv helps hold the plates in place. If you decide to anyway.. try permatack in the can. Rtv at the ports not only will squish into the port windows...if the angle of the mating surfaces is that far off.. it needs machining and not a bandaid.
This isn't like doing baseboard or drywall where you can you shoot some **** into the gaps and call it good.

If you have a head on the bench and take and smoosh some clay boogers/lumps into the window path from the radius...the numbers are affected negatively. Just a fwiw random bit of info. I found that the alignment of the common wall/floor to intake manifold is pretty sensitive to flow obstructions.
But it's not life or death and I'd say its worth x amount...but it varies and depends upon the characteristics of a particlar port size/shape.
