That's not the issue. Last year sold my house and I'm currently renting here in Ma. waiting 2 years for my wife to be 100% vested in her Goverment job for benifit purposes. Then I'll buy my House with Detached garage or barn and set up shop. My current garage items and car stuff is packed in a 28' tractor trailer box and waiting to get towed there when ready.(Messy shop pic)
