I only asked a simple question. Your answer was sarcastic "see my signature". My input on my setup would have been to offer you the correct parts to fix your car. I have many many parts and a 340 here with AC and PS. I see you have AC and I see you have a saginaw pump. I was only asking the question to help you. Sand blasting your pulley is a temporary fix and only will destroy belts faster. I just brought over 100 pulleys and several pumps home for 340's from a large collection. I could have brought what you needed to carlisle. Have fun its your problem now. By the pictures your assembly is totally wrong. Your missing something can you figure out what it is?
