Help FABO 1969 Barracuda 318 What's it Worth

Does it run and drive? I saw receipts for parts and machine work, but I did not see anything about whether the engine ran. It will, of course, be worth a LOT more if it runs and drives. My condolences. I have been there in the capacity of selling a car after an unexpected death. If you lived closer, I'd help with a thorough detailing to prep it for sale.
