here is our cat "Alba" we saved from the street. she possesses dog attitudes, it must be the influence of the two dogs. she doesn't move her hind legs much, and always pees when she sleeps. but for us it is perfect.

When the world seems crappy someone comes along and starts one of these threads..... It's no secret I am a prick in life however when it comes to animals, well they ain't the reason I prefer the to a human.... They bring out the best in anyone even during their worst time....

impossible to resist, kisses and hugs guaranteed.

This is 'Red', my Rhodesian Ridgeback shortly after we adopted him a couple of years ago. He wasn't too happy with me because he'd just had a bath.

...and here he is in his second-favorite activity. He eats until he's tired, then sleeps until he's hungry.

But he's off the couch in a flash if he hears my truck keys...always ready to go for a ride.

how it is possible? be beautiful, strong and muscular, no stomach, and sleep all day.
the simple fact of looking at a dog already makes me feel good.

Do wives count?
She does wear a collar on occasion and hands me the leash to hold while I swat her *** for being a bad *****...and when I get tired of holding it.. she bites on it to hold it for me while kneeling at my feet. She don't shake hands or catch a ball, well...maybe "balls"...and she really slobbers and drools all over me....but I couldn't ask for a better pet.

Here's my latest dog which we litterally saved from death. He was a lost and abandoned and was starving. Took us 3-4 weeks feeding him just so we could get close. Then we put food and a blanket on the porch and finally we got him to trust us. Now he's ours, loud mouth and all. And a few pounds heaver. lol And our 2 saved cats.

a beautiful, happy story. our labrador "Julius" had been found by the refuge with 22 kilos. and when we adopted he was 35kg.
despite 11 years of age at the time of our adoption, he has become more muscular, his hair shinier, a formidable dog.

This is Lucy, my neighbors dog.
I don't have any pets. (long story)
She never gets tired, going after the rubber Frisbee.
This dog has energy.

This is "Buddy" one of the friendly neighborhood cats, on my mile walk around my hood.
A Manx breed, that is tail less.

If I ever come into some cash I would open my own shelter and spoil them all. Animals are great. I told my wife I can prove my dog loves me more than her. I'll lock them both in a trunk and when I open it which one will be happy to see me! I don't think see found it as funny as I did,
