The hose Rusty linked to appears to be the evaporator drain hose for the factory air unit. What a/c unit do you have? The evap drain just needs a hose. The flat/flap end is to let water out and prevent contamination in. A piece of rubber hose the right diameter works fine. My underdash unit has that.
