I'd use a stock manual steering center shaft and coupler if you have the room. Doesn't look like it with those manifolds......in fact.....from the angle of your photo, it doesn't look like any coupler will fit without rubbing.

Yeah it’s a bad angle. There is room if you’re down at the level of the shaft in the manifold
