Ok the center bolt holds the float bowl and the other is a drain to empty the bowel. If you gently clamp vise grips onto the fuel line unless it had an in-line shut off. Then have a small container to catch the gas when you take the center bolt out then you can look at the tiny small holes. One goes down the center of the bolt and then there is a hole that runs horizontally. Like I said before get some wire and strip it back an inch or so and twist two strands together and slide it down the center hole. Probably a minuet bit of dirty or some obstruction. It doesn't take much to clog it up or restrict the flow. If you do find dirt in the holes then clean the tank out. Also look inside your gas can and probably find dirt in the bottom. If you do dump it in your car/truck clean out the can and put fresh Premium gas in it.. BTW you did check for spark didn't you?
