Classic Car Insurance

I use Hagerty. Little costlier than the quotes I got from Grundy but they claim you have freedom to drive. Their approval process is less invasive than some of the insurers which want pics / documentation of your garage, etc. You can do the whole process online, no broker, no faxing or mailing paperwork, if that sort of thing matters to you. The Driver's Club is an add-on feature that includes Motor Trend on Demand and an excellent magazine that I find worth it (and I don't find much worth it these days). All that said I've not had to file a claim (and hopefully never will).

My gut is a $550 difference in premium is not similar coverage levels. Read your fine print.
