I got this tag off the lower ball joint stud of a 69 Dart GTS. Looks like an original piece. I DID save it.

Odd. I don't recall any of them having lifetime anythings.....
 
I can't remember what year but they had break off jerk fittings.
They would grease them than break off the fitting.
 
This tag was between the steering knuckle & the lower ball joint nut, & there was no broken off grease fitting, or even a hole drilled for one! Never seen one before.
