I kind of pushed mine up into the floorboard just a little bit. And hits the back floor board. you know once you put carpet over there and there's a little dent in the bottom of the floorboard oh, I haven't had one passenger complain but then again I haven't had one passenger sit in the back...LOL you would never know it once you put the carpet on and it's even hard to detect with the carpet off it's not like it pushes it up 3in or something..
