318 La with 360 heads

I agree with everything except that an equally built 360 would make a different hp eg. 400hp.

My attempt at an equivalent 360, to what I described as the path forward to a 350hp 318 has already been done.
It made 419tq/420hp.

That build in a 318 isn’t going to make 420hp.
