Carved out some time to finish up the swap. spring swap was very straight forward. The only detour were the spring plates. When I originally installed the 8.8, I used aftermarket spring plates with original valiant shock mounts welded to them. They were just a tad to long.. pushed aft if you will. So while I had everything blown apart I cut them back off and shortened the spring plate and stuck it all back together. Everything is nice and happy with no binding now. I’m going to bring the front ride height down some too, I’ve lost weight over the nose and it was showing.
