Slant six 904 trans V8 swap.

Mopar automatic transmissions are dedicated to an engine family- slant 6s, smallblocks, B/RB engines need their own style trans. There is no removeable/interchangeable bellhousing. A 904 will work fine behind a 360, but you need to find a smallblock 904. If you want to keep your pushbutton shift, you will need a '65 ('64?) smallblock 904. Also be aware that the 904 convertor register grew in size in '68 (as well as input shaft spline changes), so if you use a pre-68 trans behind a 360 you will need a crank register adapter bushing in order to run the earlier convertor.
