I am looking for the complete setup, this would include the booster, the linkage that is on the rear of the booster, the pushrod between the linkage and the pedal, the reinforcement with the pushrod seal, and the two braces (firewall and fender). I don't need the master cylinder. This is the 8" Midland-Ross booster with the center clamp. These are the instructions for the dealership installed kit just so you have an idea what I mean. From this up to 1970 will fit. Thanks!

I have nos one complete with brake lines, braces etc. $1000 shipped fyi before you ask for pics.
 
I have one rebuilt buy the brake man . $500 will get some pictures
