Check out the Utawsome web site. Marty the owner, only does Magnum engines. I have gotten a few things from him & he has been working on these engines since the came out in 1992. He is very knowledgeable & helpful.
 
I have magnum heads off a 380 hp crate motor in Rochester NY. Maybe 50 mi on them. Shipping will be expensive
 
How much are you asking for the heads? Are they complete, ready to bolt on units? I may be able to pick them up if they are what I'm looking for.
 
There is a set of 1.7 rockers for a magnum for sale on this site.
 
I have everything on your list, except the pulleys.
It is still connected to a 5.9 mag with KB 107 pistons, Comp 262 roller, Eldebrock heads, hughes 1.65 rockers, SFI balancer and SFI fly wheel.
Will not separate any parts, whole engine $2000, twin turbos with headers, new $500.
