I don't post much, but I should have done a search before I bough a floorpan from them. Of course there are several complaints. The item that I received did not look anything like the part they showed on their website. I was planning on using it as a patch panel but the "strengthening ribs" look like they barely rolled a bead roller in that area and don't even have an indention. Of course it is $43 bucks to ship back a $70/part that I already paid $20+ in shipping to receive. You get what you pay for with them....

If school was in I'd guess it came from a grade 10 shop class.
if you paid with a cc dispute the charges....you didnt get what you paid for.
Call them, they will send another pan.
I used their pans in my Duster and they were fine.
They did mess up and send me a front pan, intead of a rear pan, and sent another one for free, said keep the wrong one.
i would buy from them again.
