That is the speedo cable, clutch is operated by a torque shaft AKA Z bar and rods, alsong with a threaded adjuster. Jack up the car and see whats going on underneath.
have to check that out when i get off work in the morning.....suppose thats also going to be the reason my speedometer dont work, im sure it shouldnt be hanging like that.. thanks for the advice
