No, I don't think it's set up for ultimate wear situation especially in cornering. But they're only $130 for a set of cheap Walmart front tires... I've had it this way for a year-and-a-half and I haven't seen any significant odd wearing of my front tires though....
I think if someone was worried about tire wear they would be looking at the very first alignment shown on the chart, granny....
