Good Morning Everyone. Pinch in my back is getting worse. Chiropractor couldn't get it adjusted. Left work at 9:30ish yesterday, straight to Chiro, then home, hot bath, heating pad all day. Then went to class, had my TKD instructor try, he could feel the knot, but could't move anything. It is on the left side, between shoulder blade and spine. Chiro thinks it is a rib end as it is hard to breath at times, don't dare cough or sneeze....or look either direction or.....
