transmission jacks, they work on everything
spent the morning screwing, around trying to get the sending unit to seal, with the tank in the car. gave up and dropped the tank, only had about 5gal left in it anyway since my brush with fiery death last week. drained it and even on the work bench the lock ring was giving me fits. the tangs are buggered so i ordered a new one from DTM. also got the rear housing and pumpkin in. apparently i managed to measure correctly for the spring relocation because everything lined up :D good thing i wasn't worried about it...:rolleyes: hoping i can get to the driveshaft shop tomorrow and be back driving this weekend :)
