It almost seems to be an odd size tire for a mini bike... 4×8.00.. I don't think it would matter if it was 3.50..

Well you know grass doesn't grow here so time to put her on the workbench and start disassembly. It looks as if it's trying to disassemble itself LOL...

I pulled the oil dipstick to see how much oil is in and about a half a quart of black sludge gushed out LOL way over full...
I did a partial disassembly and screwed in a new plug and pulled the start cord and it was getting spark.. I put my finger over the hole and it seems like it's getting decent compression but we'll see...
Spark and compression, it will run.
Those little carbs on small engines are a bear to clean and get working properly.
Maybe easier to buy a $10 ebay carb.
