Shift handle adapter

Is there any kind of adapter for mounting a bolt in shift handle to a bayonet style shift mechanism? I could drill holes in the mechanism, but dont want to resort to that just yet.

Using the original 64/5 handle, with the later towers will lay the handle back so far I would think it would be uncomfortable to drive. The 64/5 A Hurst box has a unique tower, and tilts the handle forward. See pic, it's the one on the Left.
