Well ladies and gents got thermostat housing flat as possible and installed with new gasket and applied a thin coat of loctite superflex clear silicone. Put back together fired engine up and no leaks!!:thumbsup:
Just kinda wondering..... did you check the actual intake where it bolts to? Did you try to level it any, to match housing? A lot of people dont even think about that...?
