Morning guys, was up a 7 and with the windows open all night it was still 78 in the house ,so I’m a bit grumpy for a Monday morning , you all stay safe out there cheers !

Your too hard on yourself, I just had a melt down opened the windows and some jackass has lit a fire in the neighborhood , they should have heard me yelling my displeasure stunk up the whole house and it’s still 84 outside ! Grrrrr
That sucks , we have the same problem here and we have a no fire bylaw !!! You get a chance to open the windows and some jackass lights a fire .

Got a chicken pot pie in the oven for dinner.

one of my go to dinners is crockpot chicken pot pie
you dump all the ingredients in a crock pot and let it rock for a few hours
then you serve it over biscuits instead of pie crust

very tasty, and easy to make without having to have to dedicate time to cooking

Morning guys looks like I have a couple weeks worth of work at the body shop.
Have a hail damaged truck to start on today. I would think pushing out dents is teaching me how to push up daises when I'm 6' under. lol
Hope it's a long time before that happens Fred. Patches would be lonely'

Up and about. Woke up stressed I guess. Blood pressure was in the high range. Took a bath, and calmed down. Done some research as well. May go for a walk around the park. It's going to take some work just to learn to calm down.
Taking deep breaths and holding it for a few seconds then blow it all out till there is nothing left and let everything go limp. Or cheap drugs either one will work lol. Glad to know you're aware of your blood pressure 13 it is a silent killer.
If you do have a problem with high blood pressure don't use a hot tub. That'll send it sky high, even a hot bath isn't the best thing either. A cool shower is the best.

Man o man did it rain here this afternoon. A couple cracks of thunder and lightning and the sky opened up. Kept it up for maybe 30 minutes but at least the power didn't go out. The sound of the rain pounding down was deafening.
Got a pickup, cap, rotor, wires and plugs ordered today and will be here tomorrow. Some of the stuff was in stock though. Hope this pickup corrects this annoying no-start problem.
Hey guys, don't be late for supper tonight, we've got pork side ribs with honey garlic sauce so you better hurry or it all might be gone by the time you get here. Dinner is at 5. No reservations needed but don't forget to leave a tip lol

I be home from work wow I did a 6 hour day haven't worked that long in over a year. lol
Ended up replacing a box side on a newer GMC truck. Had one of those newer tail gates that had two gates and an electric popper. unplugged all the wiring and went to take the tail gate off and re plugged in the wiring and let the tail gate down then unplugged the tail gate again then took it off. Crap I remember when tail gates had no wires and was easy to remove.
Anyway new box side is on and home looking at left overs for dinner.
