302 Heads on a 273
If you are in a super hurry and have a stock 318 cast iron intake available, you can use the Mr Gasket #1933 2 to 4 bbl adapter (20 bucks at Advanceautoparts)
If you are running a 2 bbl then that 2 bbl cast intake would work too.
At least the cast intakes have the small port runners like the 302 heads. We port match the 302 heads to the Felpro intake gaskets for the 302s.
Pictured above 1974 318 cast iron Dual Plane 2 bbl intake manifold. Dual Planes run nicer than the single planes, better low end torque.
Felpro 1243 intake manifold gaskets work well for the 302 heads, small ports.
