I think the reason Canada has done better than the USofA has more to do with the goverment handling of the situation than it does with the mask wearing. Canadas early, heavy lock down was huge factor. And another reason is more unequal social conditions in the US than Canada. These marginalized people have to travel on buses and keep working and living in tight overcrowded housing and don't get treated the same because they have insurance or money. Hispanics are really suffering in California.
