Aftermarket rocker recommendations

Hello all I'm putting together a 408 stroker on a 360 La block. Wanted to use trickflow heads but they said the only rocker assembly to use was from Harland sharp and cost $800. Does anybody else have experience with the trickflow 190 heads using a different rocker or I am considering using an Edelbrock head 60779 as long as I don't have to use a super expensive rocker assembly can guys tell me what rockers theyve used with the Edelbrock or the trickflow 190 thanks Mike

By the way this is for a street car maybe once or twice down the track per year going to be using a 4-speed, flat rapper solid lifters
 
Comp Cam Pro Magnums been using them on my Edelbrock heads for years never an issue..
 
Hughes worked well on my 340 with SpeedMaster heads and my dads 440 with 915 heads.

Several folks have used the Trickflow heads, so you might change the title to reel them in.
 
i'm using the hughes roller rockers on my 340 and 360/426 stroker , so far no problems , think the kit cost me 6 0r 7 hundred a few years ago , might be more today .took the shop hours to measure and custom make the shims , but worth the extra $$ ALSO USING 1.6 rockers on both engines offset on the strocker

PRW stainless Steel rockers can be used on them....actually any adjustable shaft rocker can be used on them...I have a set of old Crane gold rollers on mine.
 
We're all the prw Rockers Square to the valve? I had heard some complained that the Finish Machining was not so good on those
 
I’ve dealt with Mike several times and he’ll take whatever time is necessary to help you understand the issues and he’s always willing to help

Trick flow heads on my 418, PRW stainless roller rockers, they came with new shafts and two adj. push rods for measuring for new push rods, hyd. Howards roller, Morelle lifters. Got this all from Mike at B3. Got his geometry kit also, it's a partial kit for trick flows. How does it all work? Sorry, haven't started it yet. Mike is easy to work with like your #9 #13. said.

Go with the trick flow 190’s.
Contact Mike @ B3racing for his rockers priced around half of the Harlands. They are a ball and ball pushrod using rocker. You can also oil through the pushrod with them.

He spent time with me on my TFs
Had me take several measurements
Then made correct shims and sent prw rocker kit
Alignment is perfect!
Been running over a year and 15,000 miles
Super knowledgeable great guy!
 
That is also a fine choice. IIRC, they also can oil through the pushrod. Only available in a 1.5 ratio.
 
How much do them heads cost? How much do you have total in that engine? You want cheap rockers?
 
I've referred many to mike, all good feedback
he understands the problem unlike the comp website who treats mopars like chevies as far as geometry is concerned
