Yes.
I talked to the race director the other day.
They are wired in with state govt regards Covid.
Its happening

For those who are looking to attend this event, be aware that all of the activities are limited to preregistered entrants. There is a cut-off date for registration and you will not be able to drive up and register at the gate. The FM3 Marketing Group is promoting the show and everything goes through them. This will be the first ever swap meet that the group has worked with in the eleven years of promoting shows. They have been very receptive to input and are looking to turn this into an event of a National caliber. Unfortunately, Covid has impacted the show as it has other events and thus the reason for preregistration only and controlling the number of entrants to the event so as to meet the guide lines as mandated by the state of Kentucky and the Bowling Green Facility.

Hopefully the show will be able to draw a nice selection of cars to fill the various activities. As with any event, there will be some growing pains. We all need to try to support these shows and recognize that things will be slightly different due to Covid. It will be good in that with a reduced participation level, that areas of concern can be dealt with and improved upon going into 2021.

Hope to see some of you guys there. We will be bringing an assortment of our reproduction parts, so if your needing anything in particular, drop me a message.

Are you talking vendors, or people drag racing, etc.
The only “ pre register” stuff i have seen on the website thus far includes stuf like dyno sessions and other stuff, which myself, abd i am sure others, have zero interest in.
Are you saying you have to pre register to race in this event? That is news to me.
How about some clarification

Each one of the different activities has an event coordinator and I can only suggest that you reach out to that particular person. I know in talking with them over the past couple of weeks, I took it as they have a determined amount of slots open for the different activities. That way, they will be able to have an ideal on how many people that they have preregistered. They seem to be very organized and they are being restricted on the number of people passing through the gates.

Viewing the website and the frequently asked question section, everyone has to flow through the Beech Bend Ticket Office to pick up the necessary paper work and to sign in. I believe that there will be a lots more structure to the event than what we have been used to dealing with.

The track sells Renegade 110 on site. $9.00 a gallon.

I’m here with my ratty ‘72 Duster, running the autocross. Most fun I’ve ever had with the ole girl!! :D
