Horn parts help

The horn button should operate a relay on the firewall. It could be the issue also. Its probably ground triggered so you may have a wire going to ground somewhere.

If I ground the button on the turn signal switch, it works. And there is a lead with a connecting terminal in the wheel, but no where to plug it.
