If the BS is 4.5" these should fit my stock rear suspension right?

The front rims have a bs of 3.75" and the rears are 4.5".

no, 4.5" BP will not fit, you need 4"

I have converted the front disks to 4.5" bolt pattern and I upgraded the rear to disks as well.

make arrangements to try them on your car. Drive car there pull one wheel each side. whatever you have to do to be sure they fit.

Car is in pieces right now. So driving and test fitting is not gonna happen.. I guess the worst thing is if they don't fit I can resell them.

I went with a Jeep Cherokee disk setup on my 8.25 rear end.

From 14" rims might not clear your calipers depending on what you used to convert to BBP. With stock stuff the front track go wider by about .375" per side. We need more info on how and what you used to convert to BBP and the actual size and offset of these rims.

My kustom Klassic 14" rims clear the front and back calipers so clearance shouldn't be an issue.

My upgrades are Kelsey Hayes front calipers with the modded ford rotors and the rear setup is a Cherokee disk.

You should be OK then. I think that KH stuff used a Zero offset. Not sure on the rear.
Does that use a drum brake inside the rotor for e-brake? (Wondering if it could be used on a SBP 8 3/4 by drilling the rotors)
