Which is easier to install Doug's or TTI?

71 Demon 340, power steering and brakes, manual transmission

I've not installed TTI headers, but Doug's were a breeze. This is my install

I have TTI on my 71 demon 340 4speed manual steering they were hell to install had to undo motor mounts adjust engine alignment and redo clutch linkage install driver side from top down and pass. side from bottom up an change oil filter rotation had a friend that did dougs with a lot less problems if I had to do it again it would not be TTI's called them for help on the clutch they said Io to changed the part of the clutch I was having a problem with and it would cost more bought it and still had to make some changes to it that being said the header look good and sound great just a big pain in the butt to install if the engine is in the car.

Reading the instructions helps !
Had another fella a yr. or so ago, also tried to install the drivers side from the top, rofl, pounded the tube flat on top, lol,.
It goes in from the bottom, - no hammer nec . ! !! ! Lol
Linkage mod is 10 mins. tops .

Last weekend I installed a set of ceramic coated long tube Doug’s on my 72’ 340 4speed Demon with power steering.

never touched the clutch linkage but the steering linkage had to fully be removed for my test of will. Lol! I dropped mine from the top - no go. From the bottom up on drivers side- engine maxed lifted. Easy peezy.
Passenger side was a bear. Just a note they go under the oil filter but above the idler arm....... please don’t ask. Jameson whiskey was involved. Lol!

over all best fitting headers I’ve ever used.

Also add- I had to cut off the small square block off my bell housing to line up with the passenger manifold ports.

Have put TTI's on 2 different dusters easiest headers I EVER installed!!

I DID RERAD THE INST and tried to follow them but this was about 7 or 8 year ago they said at that time stock starter would fit but no go look like they may have made some change for the better I had hookers before I tried the TTI easy to install but hit the ground on a bumpy road
