What Are You Doing To/With Your Car Today?

This morning, before the daily heat (but oppressive humidity still there), I carried the new radiator and the Contour fan out to a workbench where I had good light and a smooth flat surface to avoid dinging up the aluminum fins. In the light of day, I could see that the old brackets I'd fabbed (from 1/8" x 1" aluminum stock) would work fine with the existing shroud mounting holes, if I drilled two holes in the plastic fan mount tabs for relocated bolts. :)

I still might have to break out my Milwaukee right-angle drill to make the new radiator mount holes in the core support, but that shouldn't be too bad.

And find a 1-3/4" hose. I hate those flexible corrugated ones but that might be the only option, at least for now.
