I may be "fully retired"......................

The CEO of this company I work part time for called wondering how I'm doing (broken ribs). Then he says "we've made some staffing changes." Turns out they fired my super. He is in a similar situation as I, meaning, he's part time, and has some health issues. Now they are NOT overloaded with work and he was NOT particulary behind on anything, and they had NOT approached him about could he work more hours etc. They just fired him. They told him something about "they needed someone full time" (which is bullshit) And THAT may be a violation of the ADA. I believe this company officially has less than 50 employees, so the employee health act may not apply.

I might just tell them to "take this ******* job and shove it up your ***." Believe me, I just might. The thing is LOL I'm the ONLY guy there right now who knows ANYTHING about assembling either the main drive modules or the power seating modules.
