You don’t even need to measure these rims, or look at the stamped size. There are only 2 sizes of 14” small bolt steel rims, either 4 1/2” or 5 1/2” wide. The center is either flush with the inside lip of the rim, or it’s welded down an inch inside of it, which can clearly be seen just by looking at the front. And the bolt pattern is easy to spot as well, it either has a small register hole in the center, or a large hole.
