Whenever I take this car out I get asked what kind of car is that? And from car guys, does it have a 350?

it’s a 47 desoto/318

Where did you get a cross-ram for a Magnum?

...where did you get a cross-ram for a small block?

It’s an offy intake, got it new from summit. They are offy crossram adapters from speedway motors. They are EQ heads with LA bolt pattern

At work I have a pic of my Duster above my work bench. A sales rep was in the other day telling me he used to have a Duster station wagon with a 350 big block and 400 4 speed......

I always get some teen or 20ish year old asking me what year my Mustang is. I just tell them it’s a 63 concept car. then I have to listen to them tell me about the Eleanor mustang their grandpa had. This happens almost every time I go get gas after 10 O’clock. Just this Saturday a guy asked me if it had a 429 in it at O’Reilly’s.

Well why wouldn't you tell them?
That's a very nice Camaro if I must say so myself.
It's even painted my favorite color......
It's funny you say that. Depending on how I feel, I either say:
1. Who made the Camaro? When they say Chevrolet, I point to the word PLYMOUTH and BARRACUDA.
2. Sometimes I say it is a 1970 non split bumper model.
3. Sometimes I say it's a Nova.

Its got one of those 440 Hemi's in it too!!

Wow, it just got "Nova'd" again! Guy stopped by to pick up a weed trimmer I fixed, and he says, "I'll take that Nova, too".
I can understand people guessing wrong; but to always be guessed as a Nova, amazes me.

A good buddy of mine who we lost last year organised a fundraiser when I was undergoing my cancer treatment 10 years ago, and then handed me the keys to my Duster after I got out of the hospital. He drove (the **** out of) a Nova.

I took my Colt over to a car show in Dallas last month. I had one guy say, is that a Datsun?
