It's a beauty, made by DCS. I got it from a guy who had it in a catering truck. It was already converted to propane which was a plus. However it was FILTHY. I disassembled every single piece to the last nut and bolt so my blushing bride could clean it all up. Then it got reassembled. I couldn't move it with the griddle in place, it was just too heavy. It took four grown men to get the griddle up and in place. But it's a dream to cook on!
