318 Spark plug readers

So, whats my 318 telling me? i was thinking jet up the primary , and lean out the secondary one step? its a 318 9:1 CR .435 lift 260 duration

edelbrock 1406 600cfm im running .100 primaries with .65 rods and .98 secondaries
