You give zero details, really. no static compression ratio, no cranking compression readings. Where is initial and total timing set? "WHERE" is the cam installed? 4* advanced tells us nothing. The LSA is 108 ( I assume) so 4* advanced FROM THERE would be 104 ICL. What did the degree wheel say? ...and if your answer is "I didn't degree it" then I am out, because you don't KNOW where it is and no amount of advice will be correct, I don't care who gives it.
