Stop in for a cup of coffee

Rear end is in, brakes bled. I’ll get to the driveline shop in the am and order up a new one. Then measure pinion angle and get the shims. Hopefully back on the road next week!

For safety, i want the filler neck protected. This should do it.

Crowd noise on 2020 feetball broadcasts.
Are the TV broadcasters dubbing it in?
Is the home team stadium playing a recorded facsimile throughout the stadium?
Are they piping in the noise from the unregulated tail-gate parties in the parking lot?

Got wood. 224 lineal ft of tongue and groove (oh yeh, lol). Doing repairs to my very old shed. As I understand it, the Grandfather of the kids I bought the place from, brought the right side of the shed from another property. He then added on the side I am working on. Built entirely with 1x crate wood. I believe he worked at the furniture store in town. Back then, apparently furniture was shipped in crates made from what Homely Depot now considers to be ‘premium’ pine. Other than not having the same structural strength as a 2x, the guy did a hell of a job with what he had to still be mostly intact. Kinda like a unibody With no real frame. Just a pile of sheet metal. It does make it interesting to repair though. Lol

Ambitious project. I have a few old sheds that all need work too. My small garage got done this summer. So one is off the list. 4 more to go.

I’m only Re-siding the wall that’s open and half of the back. But also doing floor and framing repairs and some reinforcing underneath. I put a metal roof on it about 10 years ago. Just trying to keep it functional.

A couple more nice days coming up,really want to get the flathead painted,as well as frame up front. Want to get sheet metal back on so i can get on with wiring.

We went to local War Memorial car show yesterday. and won Best of Show with our 55 Chevy.
A cool etched marble trophy. With both of us retired military this one will have a special place in the house.

Good morning Coffee Land. Submitted my pics to Hoppy....Not sure on his idea to have us in the pics; really makes my car look even worse. Worked on the house Friday and Saturday, then went to the Mopar Swap Meet in Waukesha yesterday. Picked up some Cal Customs finned valve covers and a 5 ft by 7 ft Mr Norms banner/poster that was signed. Will look nice somewhere. My buddy picked up some front Centerlines in 15x3.5 for his Hemi Belvedere project. Then finally replaced the front driver's side hub on the daily. All should be good for the next 30 minutes or so now....

Some dark roast, black please
