A procedural change at the local hard boiled egg factory

Brought a flat of eggs in from the barn and currently have 6 in our small egg cooker. Once the water is all evaporated and the buzzer goes off, I’ll rinse the eggs in cold water, then peel them for egg salad. I’ll post pics of the eggs once they’re peeled. Keep in mind, these eggs are fresh. Like, laid in the last 3 days fresh. I’ve always heard that older eggs tend to peel easier, with this cooker, it doesn’t make a difference how fresh or old they are
