A procedural change at the local hard boiled egg factory

Eggs are a huge part of my diet. Eat 4 at a time usually. When I fly, I'll make at many as 10 and eat those to keep my carbs down while just sitting. (eggs don't give me back-blast)
Eggs are the best single best complete source of protein with healthy fats. (and GOOD cholesterol)
As others stated, run cold water over them after boiling and make sure you get under the membrane. Use a spoon.
